Booking + studio · Common Questions
Questions, answered.
Can I book with a specific artist?
Yes. You can choose your service provider yourself when you book online, or call or text us at (727) 218-7045 and tell us who you'd like. Not sure who's the right fit? Tell us what you're booking and we'll match you with the artist best suited to your service and your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. We don't accept checks. A card on file is required to hold any appointment, and gratuity can be added at checkout or given directly to your artist.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
It's best to check with us first — text (727) 218-7045 before you come. Our treatments run long and the studio is a calm, shared sanctuary, so whether we can accommodate a little one depends on the service and the day. (Children ages 5–15 are warmly welcome as head spa clients of their own with a parent present — see our head spa page.)
How do I leave a review?
We would love that — and it means more than you might think. You can review us on Google, Yelp, or Facebook, tag @thebronzelily on Instagram, or simply tell your service provider in the studio or leave a note on our Square system after your visit. When you name the artist who took care of you, you're recognizing someone whose family counts on this work — and Larae personally calls out her team when your kind words come in. It's the best thank-you you can give them.
