For brow lamination we use Elleebana's Elleeplex Profusion — a TGA-free, cysteamine-based formula with built-in lash and brow damage defense (vegan and cruelty-free). For brow tint we use Berrywell Augenblick, the professional German tint used by salons worldwide for color depth and natural fade. For lash tint we use Elleebana's Elleeplex Profusion Lash Tint system, which is infused with Elleeplex ReGEN — a conditioning, moisture-boosting, hair-strengthening treatment — so the tint conditions and strengthens the lash while it colors.

Lip, chin, ear, and nose waxes are $10 each. We do facial waxing only — we don't offer sideburn waxing, full-face waxing as a bundle, or any body waxing. For body waxing (legs, arms, Brazilian) we refer you to Evolve Wax Spa, our first-floor neighbor, who uses the same Madagascar Vegan Hard Wax we do.

8 to 12 weeks. We won't book another Total Brow sooner than 8 weeks out from your last — the lamination chemistry is potent and overuse causes brow hair breakage. We'd rather protect your brow health than over-service. Brush your brows upward each morning with the included spoolie to keep the lifted shape.

Often, yes. If you find yourself booking lip + chin + sideburn-area waxes in one visit (or you have visible peach fuzz across the cheeks and jawline), a Dermaplane Mini Facial ($70, 30 min) usually serves you better than three separate wax slots. Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz everywhere on the face in one pass, plus the top layer of dead skin — brighter, smoother, makeup sits flatter. Waxing is still the right call for individual coarse hairs (lip, chin) or when you want a defined edge. Rule of thumb: coarse, defined hair in one spot → wax. Yes — and you can absolutely get a spray tan in the same appointment right after a brow wax or The Total Brow. The most-stacked combos: Brow + Lash Tint Combo before a Signature Lily Facial, or brows + spray tan, or The Total Brow + brow tint touch-up the week of a wedding. Mention it at booking so we sequence the order correctly (waxing/lamination first, spray tan second).

No. The Bronze Lily is a facial-only waxing studio (brow, lip, chin, ear, nose). For legs, arms, underarms, bikini, or Brazilian waxing, we refer you to Evolve Wax Spa, our trusted neighbor on the first floor of our building (across our shared lobby, directly across from our permanent jewelry station). They use the same organic vegan Madagascar Hard Wax we do.

Dermaplaning is a gentle exfoliation that removes the top layer of dead skin + soft peach-fuzz facial hair for a brighter, smoother look. We offer it as a $35 add-on layered onto any of our main facials (Signature Lily, Amara Ritual, Relax & Detox) or onto any other Mini Facial. As a standalone, book the $70 Dermaplane Mini Facial on our facials menu. We don't offer dermaplaning as an add-on to brow / wax services — it lives on the facials track.

There's a brief warm sensation when the wax is removed, but most clients describe it as quick and mild. The Madagascar Vegan Hard Wax we use is gentler on facial skin than strip wax. If you're nervous, you can take an OTC pain reliever 30 minutes beforehand. We work fast and precisely.

If you're on Accutane (or recent oral retinoids), wait 6 months after stopping before any facial waxing — the skin can lift off with the wax. If you're using tretinoin or topical retinoids, stop using on the brow / lip / face area at least 5 days before your wax.

No — we don't offer microblading or permanent makeup. Our brow specialty is brow lamination + tint using Elleebana's Elleeplex Profusion, which restyles and sets your own brow hair for 6–8 weeks with no needles, no pigment, and no long-term commitment — and for most people it's the better first step. Yes — brow lamination and tint are both completely pregnancy-safe. A patch test isn't really practical for these services, so as with anything during pregnancy, we simply recommend checking with your doctor or OB-GYN first. Otherwise, they're a lovely low-effort way to feel put-together when the rest of your routine feels like a lot.

For the first 24 hours, keep your brows dry and product-free — no brow gels, pencils, or brow makeup, and no steam, sweat, or swimming while the lift sets. After that, use the little brush we send you home with to comb them into shape daily over the next month. Hold off on brow serums until 3–4 weeks after your treatment, then you're welcome to nourish them as usual.

Because our services are performed on you, they can't be returned once complete — so all services are non-refundable. Prepaid packages and session credits are likewise non-refundable and non-transferable, and are valid for one year from purchase. If anything about your visit isn't right, tell us before you leave and we'll make it right.
