Three roles open. A six-suite studio in a 1920s home, open seven days.

Licensed massage therapist · Blowout specialist · Pedicurist. Applications by email — no portal, no form.

The short answer

Small, quiet, and the studio is the work.

The Bronze Lily has been in St. Petersburg since 2012 — six suites in a restored 1920s home in Historic Kenwood, a private eight-space lot, and a 4.9-star client base built over more than a decade. We are open seven days, 7 AM to 11 PM, which means real flexibility in how a schedule gets built.

Most of our team is counted in years rather than months. We would rather hire slowly and keep someone than fill the same position twice a year. Meet the team →

Now hiring

Licensed Massage Therapist

We are adding massage to the studio for the first time, which means whoever takes this role helps shape how it runs rather than inheriting someone else’s system. You would work inside a six-suite studio in a restored 1920s home in Historic Kenwood, alongside estheticians, lash artists, spray tan artists and head spa practitioners — with an existing client base already booking head spa, foot spa and facials who have been asking us for full body massage DAILY.

Florida licensure required. Tell us your availability, the modalities you work in, and whether you are looking for employment or to rent. Email [email protected].

Now hiring

Blowout Specialist

Our Botanical Blowout finishes head spa and Root Room appointments, and demand runs ahead of what one stylist can cover — Thursdays are currently uncovered entirely. This is a finishing-focused role rather than a full salon chair: blowouts, after-treatment styling, and sending people back out looking like the treatment was worth it.

Florida cosmetology licensure required. Tell us your availability and whether you want part-time or full days. Email [email protected].

Now hiring

Pedicurist

The Root Room is our herbal foot spa — soak, tea, red light, reflexology — and a natural pedicure finish is the one piece we have not launched yet. You would build that service with us rather than step into a running one, in a quiet, unhurried room that is nothing like a strip-mall nail salon.

Appropriate Florida licensure required. Tell us your availability and the kind of pedicure work you want to be doing. Email [email protected].

Working here FAQ.

How do I apply?

Email [email protected]. Tell us which role, your availability, your licensure, you resume, and anything you would want us to see. There is no portal and no form to fight with — a real person reads it.

What is it like to work at The Bronze Lily?

Small, quiet and busy. Six suites in a restored 1920s home in Historic Kenwood, open seven days from 7 AM to 11 PM, with a private eight-space parking lot. The studio has been running since 2012 and most of the team is counted in years rather than months — we would rather hire slowly and keep people.

Are these employed roles or booth rent?

Tell us which you are looking for and we will talk it through. We would rather find the right person and work out the arrangement than advertise one structure and lose someone good over it.

Do you take applications when nothing is posted?

Yes. If you are a fit we will keep you on file and reach out when something opens. Email [email protected] and tell us what you do.

Didn’t see your question? Ask us anything — we’ll answer it from the studio.
