Brow lamination sets your own brow hairs in a brushed-up, lifted direction so they stay there — fuller-looking, tidier, and done every morning before you are. At The Bronze Lily it is sold as The Total Brow, $90: the lamination, a tint to deepen and even the colour, and a hard, vegan wax and tweezer shape, in a single 45-minute appointment. We use Elleebana Elleeplex Profusion — a TGA-free, cysteamine-based system with built-in damage defense — and Berrywell Augenblick, the professional German tint. The result holds 8 to 12 weeks, and we will not re-laminate sooner than eight, because the chemistry is strong and your brow hair matters more than a repeat booking. What the appointment is like
What the 45 minutes 
Shape first. A brief consultation on the shape you want, then the stray hairs go with wax and tweezers — we use a vegan hard wax, free of plastics, chemicals and fragrance, that is gentler on facial skin than strip wax. No threading; we do not offer it.
The lamination. The brow hairs are brushed into the lifted direction and set with the Elleeplex Profusion system, which restructures the hair so it holds the new shape. It is the step that turns a brow you fight every morning into one that stays put.
The tint. Berrywell Augenblick, the professional German tint, for colour depth and a natural fade. Tint fills the gaps a lamination lifts open, which is why we sell the two together instead of making you choose.
Then nothing, for a day. Keep the brows dry and product-free for 24 hours — no gel, pencil, steam, sweat or swimming while the set cures. After that, brush them up each morning with the spoolie we send you home with, and hold off on brow serums for three to four weeks.
Being honest about it
Whether it is 
Best on brows with hair to work with. Lamination lifts and sets the hairs you have; it does not create new ones. Sparse brows still improve — the tint does a lot of the filling — but if you are looking for drawn-on definition, that is microblading, which we do not offer.
Eight weeks between laminations, no exceptions. The chemistry is potent and over-processing breaks brow hair. We will book your next Total Brow at eight weeks or later, and a tint or wax touch-up in between if you want one.
Skin and medication. On Accutane or recent oral retinoids, wait six months before any facial waxing. On tretinoin or topical retinoids, stop using them on the brow area at least five days before. Pregnant? Lamination and tint are generally considered fine, but a patch test is not practical for them, so check with your OB first — we always defer to your doctor.
Pair it well. Brows go first, spray tan second, in the same visit if you like. The Total Brow with a lash tint is the most common add-on; the week of a wedding, brows plus the bridal lashes and tan sequence does the whole face.
Cancellations. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50% of service cost; no-shows, arrivals 15+ minutes late, or cancellations under 4 hours are 100%. How long does brow lamination last?
8 to 12 weeks. We will not re-laminate sooner than eight weeks after your last Total Brow, because the chemistry is potent and overuse causes brow hair breakage. Brush your brows upward each morning with the spoolie we give you to keep the lifted shape.

How do I care for laminated brows?
Keep them dry and product-free for the first 24 hours — no gel, pencil, brow makeup, steam, sweat or swimming while the set cures. After that, brush them up daily with the included spoolie. Hold off on brow serums for three to four weeks, then carry on as usual.
Is brow lamination safe during pregnancy?
Lamination and tint are generally considered fine in pregnancy, but a patch test is not practical for these services, so we recommend checking with your doctor or OB-GYN first. We always defer to your provider.
Can I get a spray tan or a facial the same day as brow lamination?
