The short answer

The Bronze Lily has three private head spa suites — a duo suite built for two, with side-by-side tables and water halo basins in one room, plus two single suites. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday all three run, so we can treat up to four guests at the very same time. Monday through Thursday it is up to three. Planning something bigger — a bridal party, a girls’ weekend, a mother-daughter group of five or six? We do those all the time; we simply run the group back-to-back and keep everyone cared for with other services while they wait. Text (727) 218-7045 and we’ll build the schedule with you.

This is the question we field on the phone more than almost any other — “how many of us can do the head spa at once?” Here is the honest, specific answer, so you can plan your group before you call.

The short version is three. The longer version — the one that actually helps you plan a celebration — depends on what you mean by together.

The three suites, and the magic number

We built the head spa around a duo suite — two tables and two water halo basins, side by side, in the same closed room, so two people can sink into the ritual together without ever leaving each other’s company. Alongside it are two single suites, each for a guest who wants the room to themselves. Every suite is the same full ritual: the same imported equipment, the same water halo basin, the same Tricho-Analyzer reading before and after.

The third suite opens Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On those three days all four beds run at once — four guests in treatment simultaneously, the most we can have hands-on at any one moment. Monday through Thursday that number is three, because the third room is our lash suite during the week.

“How many of us can go together?” Four at once on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday — three midweek — and as many as you like, if you let us stagger the start times.

Bigger groups: how the celebrations actually work

Four, six, a party of eight? That’s not a problem. A party of four books straight through on a weekend — everyone in at the same time, everyone out at the same time. Beyond that, we schedule back-to-back with a little advance notice, cycling your group through the suites in waves: a Saturday six runs 4 then 2, an eight runs 4 then 4. Midweek the waves are threes — 4 is 2+2, 5 is 3+2, 6 is 3+3. While one wave is in treatment, everyone else is anything but bored — they can book a spray tan, facial, LED light therapy, teeth whitening, lashes, or permanent jewelry, add a Root Room herbal foot soak with ceremonial tea, or simply settle into the lobby with a chaise lounge. Or explore the downtown around the salon, shops, wine bars, etc. Nobody stands around watching the clock.

This is how we run mother-daughter days, girlfriend groups, bridal parties, and birthday celebrations — the head spa as the centerpiece, the rest of the menu filling in around it so the whole group is looked after from start to finish.

How far ahead should we book?

The bigger the group, the more lead time we need to staff it. For a couple or a pair, same-day and next-day openings are common. For three or more guests — and for anything around a holiday — we ask you to book about a week ahead so we can have the right artists on the floor. Every booking holds a card on file, and our standard 24-hour cancellation window applies; larger groups and holidays may need up to a week’s notice to reschedule.

What it costs for two

Every tier books as a side-by-side duo. The classic is the 60-minute Relax & Detox — $120 solo, $240 for two in the duo suite, including the on-screen scalp reading before and after. The full menu runs $90–$225 per person; you’ll find all five tiers on the price list, and the whole ritual walked through in what to expect at your first head spa.

So: four at once on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, three midweek, or a whole party in waves. Tell us who’s coming and what you’re celebrating, and we’ll shape the afternoon around it. Open 7 days a week, 7 AM to 11 PM, by appointment — text or call (727) 218-7045.
