Two Services, Two Suites, One Visit
Massage and head spa,
Two different rooms, two different providers, one afternoon.
A full-body massage with one of our two Florida-licensed massage therapists and a Japanese head spa are separate services in separate suites — you finish in one and move to the other. Both at full price, because both are the full thing. Massage 60 min $120 · 90 min $175 · 120 min $230; head spa from $90. Easiest on a Friday or Saturday, when the studio runs 10 AM to 11 PM.
The short answer
Two services, one afternoon.
The massage, then the
These are two services, not one package. Massage is full-body bodywork with Lisa S., LMT (Florida license MA58236) or Niasja S., LMT in the massage suite: 60 minutes — $120. 90 minutes — $175. 120 minutes — $230. A head spa is a scalp-and-hair treatment that includes massage, in a head spa suite, from $90. You finish in one suite and move to the other, and each is billed at its full price — massage is not a discounted add-on.
We have not published an order yet, on purpose. Massage opened in September 2026 and Larae and the therapists will settle the best sequence by running it rather than guessing. Tell us what you want at booking.
Why people stack them
One visit,
They do not overlap. A head spa works the scalp, hair and the muscles of the head and neck at a shampoo bowl. A massage is the rest of you, on a table, with a licensed massage therapist. Doing both is not doing the same thing twice.
One drive, one parking space, one afternoon. Seven private suites in a restored 1920s home with a private eight-space lot — the moving-between-rooms part takes a few minutes, not another trip across town.
It is the calmest way to spend three hours in St. Pete. And if you want a third thing, the Root Room foot spa sits naturally alongside either.
Planning the day
Building it
Start earlier than you think. Service times add up and massage runs against an 11 PM close, so a long combination needs an earlier start than a single service would. Friday and Saturday are the easiest days because both run 10 AM to 11 PM.
Two people is partly possible. The head spa duo suite seats two at once and so does the Root Room duo. Massage is solo for now, so that half happens one at a time — duo massage is coming.
Tell us the whole plan when you call. Two services in two suites with two providers is a scheduling puzzle worth solving on the phone rather than by guessing at a calendar. Call or text (727) 218-7045.
Cancellations. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50% of service cost; no-shows, arrivals 15+ minutes late, or cancellations under 4 hours are 100%. All bookings require a card on file — no deposits. Phone call or text to (727) 218-7045 are the only valid ways to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final.

Massage + Head Spa · Common Questions
Booking both
Can I book a massage and a head spa together?
Yes. They are two separate services in two separate suites, so you finish one, move to the other, and both are billed at full price. A 60-minute massage is $120 and the 60-minute Relax & Detox head spa is $120 solo.
Is the massage discounted if I add it to a head spa?
No. Massage is a full service in its own suite with its own licensed therapist, so it is the full massage price: 60 minutes $120, 90 minutes $175, 120 minutes $230. It is not a discounted add-on.
Which should come first, the head spa or the massage?
We are not going to invent an order we have not tested. Massage opened here in September 2026 and Larae and the therapists will settle the best sequence by actually running it. Tell us at booking what you want and we will build the day around it.
Isn't a head spa already a massage?
No, and this is worth getting right before you book. A head spa is a scalp-and-hair treatment that includes massage, and its booked time covers the whole appointment — consultation, analysis, rough drying and checkout. A massage is full-body bodywork with a licensed massage therapist in the massage suite. Different rooms, different providers.
How long does the combination take?
Add the two service times plus a few minutes to change suites. A 60-minute head spa and a 60-minute massage is roughly two and a quarter hours in the building. Because massage runs to an 11 PM close, a long combination needs an earlier start.
Can two of us do this together?
Partly. The head spa has a duo suite that seats two at the same time, and the Root Room duo does as well. Massage is solo for now — one table — so the massage half happens one at a time. Duo massage is coming.
What days can I book both?
Massage runs Monday through Wednesday daytime and Thursday, Friday and Saturday into the evening. Friday and Saturday are the easiest days for a long combination because they run 10 AM to 11 PM. Not available on Sunday.
