The Bronze Lily is a licensed studio with a lash team: Larae now takes lash appointments seven days a week, Elyssa lashes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, the doors are open 7 AM to 11 PM, and you book online. Your current set comes with you — an Outside Fill starting at $110.
The short answer
A studio, not a solo artist — 
A solo lash artist working from a suite or a spare room is one person’s calendar, one person’s childcare, one person’s sick days. When that calendar breaks, yours does. The Bronze Lily is a studio at 2851 1st Avenue N in Historic Kenwood that has been open since 2012, with a lash team — Larae L., eight years lashing and now taking lash appointments seven days a week, and Elyssa A., six years, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday — a dedicated private lash suite, a front desk that answers texts, and online booking on Square so you can see what is actually open. Fills run every two to three weeks like clockwork, and if a set from elsewhere needs rescuing first, the Outside Fill (starting at $110, about 90 minutes) picks it up where it is.

What changes when you switch
Seven days, 
You see the calendar. Online booking on Square shows real openings, including same-day. No waiting for a text back to find out whether Tuesday is a possibility.
Seven days, long hours. Larae has opened her schedule to lash seven days a week for the holiday season, specifically so a “my artist cancelled and my fill is due” text has somewhere to land. The studio is open 7 AM to 11 PM. Elyssa adds Monday, Wednesday and Thursday daytime.
A desk that answers. We run on texting. (727) 218-7045 is read by a person during and after studio hours, and a last-minute request gets a real answer — sometimes “3:30 today,” sometimes “tomorrow at 10,” never silence.
Your fill rhythm stays intact. Every two to three weeks, 60 to 90 minutes, from $65 classic, $85 volume and hybrid, $95 mega. The mini fill (from $45) at the 6–7 day mark is there for the week before an event, once your previous fill was with us. No surcharge for evenings or weekends when they are available.
Bringing your set with you
Switching artists 
You do not start over. Most studios insist on removing another artist’s work. We do not. The Outside Fill (starting at $110, about 90 minutes, with Elyssa or Larae) assesses the set you are wearing, removes only what is poorly applied, stuck together or grown out, and fills the rest to our standard.
If it has been a while. A cancelled artist often means a set that is three or four weeks overdue. If less than 40% is left, your artist may quote a partial set rather than a fill — and will tell you the price before anything starts.
If the set hurt. Fans glued across several lashes, heavy fans on fine lashes, soreness at the lash line: those get corrected first. Larae has eight years of lash rehabilitation behind her, and keeping what is healthy almost always beats stripping everything.
Tell us the day it happens. The sooner we see the set, the more we can save. Text a photo if you like; it helps us allow the right amount of time.
Cancellations. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50% of service cost; no-shows, arrivals 15+ minutes late, or cancellations under 4 hours are 100%. All bookings require a card on file — no deposits. Phone call or text to (727) 218-7045 are the only valid ways to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final.

My lash artist keeps cancelling on me. Can you take over my set?
Yes. Book an Outside Fill (from $110, about 90 minutes, with Elyssa or Larae) and we pick your set up where it is — assess it, correct anything poorly applied or grown out, and fill to our standard. You do not have to remove everything and start over. Larae takes lash appointments seven days a week; the studio is open 7 AM to 11 PM.
How soon can I get in?

Why is a studio more reliable than a solo lash artist?
A solo artist is one calendar, one set of childcare and sick days, and often two or three working days a week. A studio has more than one artist, seven-day hours, a front desk that answers texts and online booking. Things still come up for us — we will not pretend otherwise — but the structure is built to absorb them rather than pass them to you.
Will switching damage my lashes?
No. The Outside Fill keeps everything healthy and removes only what should not be there. Full removal and a new set is a rare last resort — about once in Larae’s eight years. If a previous set left damage, we rehabilitate slowly with lighter extensions on your healthiest natural lashes.
My fill is overdue because of the cancellations. Is it still a fill?
Inside three weeks with 40% or more of the set remaining, yes. Past that, your artist may quote a partial set, and will confirm the price with you before starting. Either way, the sooner we see it the more we can save.
How much are fills once I am with you?
Classic from $65, Volume & Hybrid from $85, Mega Volume from $95, and a mini fill from $45 at the 6–7 day mark once your previous fill was with us. No evening or weekend surcharge. No packages and no deposits — a card on file holds the appointment.
Do you do lash lifts too, if I am done with extensions?
Yes — the traditional Lash Lift & Tint ($100) and the Korean Lash Lift & Tint ($135), with Elyssa, Katherine, Adriana or Lauren, bookable into the evening. See lash lifts.
