Volume & Mega Volume Lashes — The Bronze Lily, St. Petersburg, FL

Volume & Mega Volume Lashes · St. Petersburg, FL

Volume and mega volume, done right.

Fuller is easy. Fuller and feather-light is the craft.

Volume lashes are fans of several ultra-fine extensions placed on one natural lash; mega volume is the fullest version of that. Ours are handmade fans, built lash by lash on the spot, which is why a full set here looks dense and still weighs nothing. Volume & Hybrid full set $150 · Mega Volume $180 · fills from $85+, in a private lash suite in Historic Kenwood.

The short answer

Volume vs mega volume, in plain terms.

Classic is one extension on one natural lash — the mascara look. Volume is a handmade fan of several very fine extensions on each natural lash, for density and softness; Hybrid mixes classic and volume for texture. Mega volume uses even finer extensions in bigger fans for the fullest, darkest line we do. At The Bronze Lily a Volume & Hybrid full set is $150 (fills from $85), a Mega Volume full set is $180 (fills from $95), and a full set runs 100 to 120 minutes. Lash extensions here are done by Larae L. (eight years lashing, now taking lash appointments seven days a week) and Elyssa A. (six years; Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM).

Fans here are handmade, not pre-made — built to your natural lash in the moment, which is what keeps a dense set light enough to wear for weeks. See the full lash extensions page, or the classic vs hybrid vs volume guide.

Why handmade fans

Handmade fans, and retention.

A fan built for your lash. A pre-made fan is one size and one weight. A handmade fan is built on the spot from ultra-fine extensions and sized to the natural lash it sits on — fuller where your lashes can carry it, lighter where they cannot. That is the whole difference between volume that looks expensive and volume that looks heavy.

Weight is the retention story. A fan that is too heavy for the natural lash pulls, twists and sheds early. Because our fans are weighed to the lash, a volume set here tends to hold its shape between fills instead of thinning from the outer corners in.

Isolation and a true bond sealant. Every natural lash is isolated before a fan goes on, and we finish with a bond sealant that locks the adhesive on the spot. Keep the set completely dry for the first 24 to 48 hours and it cures properly.

Time on the table. Volume & Hybrid runs around 100 to 120 minutes; Mega Volume around 120. You are lying still with your eyes closed, so the suite matters: a memory-foam bed, linen, a weighted bolster, soft lighting and nature sounds — not a station in the middle of a salon.

Being honest about it

Which set is right for you.

Mega volume is not for every lash. If your natural lashes are fine or sparse, your artist may steer you to volume or hybrid and tell you why — a set that your lashes cannot carry is not one we will sell you. Lash health comes first here, every time.

Coming from a bad set? Clumped, stuck-together or too-heavy fans from elsewhere are something we correct for a living. Start with an Outside Fill (from $110) and we will rebuild on a healthy baseline rather than piling on.

Had a reaction before? Tell us. A complimentary patch test is bookable on its own, 48 to 72 hours before a set, for anyone with sensitive eyes or a history of reactions. It cannot ride along on a same-day appointment.

Fills every two to three weeks. Volume fills from $85, mega fills from $95, a $55–$65 mini fill at the 6–7 day mark for our own clients. Past three weeks or under 40% retention, your artist may quote a partial set — always confirmed with you first.

Cancellations. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50% of service cost; no-shows, arrivals 15+ minutes late, or cancellations under 4 hours are 100%. All bookings require a card on file — no deposits. Phone call or text to (727) 218-7045 are the only valid ways to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final.

Volume Lashes · Common Questions

Volume lashes FAQ.

Do you do volume and mega volume lash extensions in St. Petersburg?

Yes. The Bronze Lily, 2851 1st Avenue N in Historic Kenwood, does Volume & Hybrid full sets ($150) and Mega Volume full sets ($180) with handmade fans, in a private lash suite. Fills from $85 and $95. Artists: Larae L., eight years lashing, seven days a week; Elyssa A., six years, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What is the difference between volume and mega volume lashes?

Both use fans of ultra-fine extensions on each natural lash. Volume fans are smaller and softer, for density with a natural edge; mega volume uses even finer extensions in bigger fans for the fullest, darkest line. Hybrid mixes classic single extensions with volume fans for texture. Your artist will tell you which your natural lashes can carry.

How much do volume lashes cost?

Volume & Hybrid full set $150, fills from $85. Mega Volume full set $180, fills from $95. Classic full set $120, fills from $65. A mini fill ($55–$65 for Volume & Hybrid and Mega, $45 for Classic) is available at the 6–7 day mark after a fill with us. No packages and no deposits — a card on file holds the appointment.

Are your fans handmade or pre-made?

Handmade, built on the spot and sized to the natural lash they sit on. Pre-made fans are one weight for every lash; handmade fans let your artist go fuller where your lashes can take it and lighter where they cannot, which is what keeps a dense set feather-light and holding between fills.

How long does a volume full set take?

Volume & Hybrid runs about 100 to 120 minutes and Mega Volume about 120. Fills are 60 to 90 minutes. You are in a private suite with a memory-foam bed, so most people doze.

Will mega volume damage my natural lashes?

Not when the fan is weighed to the lash and each natural lash is isolated, which is how we work. Damage comes from fans that are too heavy, glued across several lashes, or left to grow out. If your natural lashes are fine, your artist will recommend volume or hybrid instead and tell you why.

How often do I need a fill?

Every two to three weeks for most people. A mini fill ($55–$65 for Volume & Hybrid and Mega) is only at the 6–7 day mark after a previous fill with us. If it has been more than three weeks or retention is under 40%, your artist may quote a partial set and will confirm pricing before starting.

What days can I book?

Larae now takes lash appointments seven days a week; Elyssa lashes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM. Book online on Square or text (727) 218-7045 — same-day is often realistic.
