Your Lashes Were Done Elsewhere? Come As You Are.

You came in for a spray tan, or a head spa, and somewhere between the quiet and the good lighting you thought: I want to move my lashes here, too. Then you opened the menu, saw “full set,” and paused — because you don’t need a full set. You already have lashes. You need someone willing to fill them.

Here’s the part most studios won’t say out loud: a lot of lash artists refuse to touch another artist’s work. We’re not one of them. Continuing and correcting other people’s sets is one of the things we do best — it’s the same skill behind our lash rehabilitation. Here’s how switching to us actually works.

Can I get a lash fill if my extensions were done at another salon?

Yes. It’s called an outside fill (some studios call it a “foreign fill”), and it exists for exactly this: you’re already wearing extensions from another artist and you want to keep them going — with us. You don’t start over, and you don’t have to wait for your current set to fall off. You book the outside fill, and we pick up where your last artist left off.

Why won’t most salons fill over another artist’s lashes?

Because they can’t see what they can’t see. A fill adds to what’s already on your lashes — and another artist’s set carries unknowns: which adhesive was used, whether the lashes were properly isolated, whether the fans are too heavy for your natural lash. It’s faster and lower-risk for a salon to strip everything and start fresh, so many simply require a full removal and a brand-new set. That’s easier for them — not always better for you or your wallet.

We take the harder road on purpose. Because correcting other artists’ work is a core part of what we do, our artists are trained to read a set they didn’t create, spot what’s unhealthy, and build on the parts that are sound.

What happens during an outside fill?

Three steps. First we assess the set you walked in with — density, the health of your natural lashes, and how the extensions were applied. Then we clean it up: we remove anything poorly applied, stuck together, or grown out, and gently unstick lashes that were bonded to each other so your natural lashes can breathe again. That resets you to a healthy baseline. Finally we rebuild to the Bronze Lily standard — proper isolation, the right weight for your natural lash, finished with our bond sealant.

It takes about 90 minutes — longer than a standard fill, because the assessment and cleanup come first. Outside fills are done with Elyssa (six years) or Larae (our founder, eight years), the two artists most experienced at reading and correcting another studio’s work.

Will you remove my whole set and start over?

Almost never. In eight years, a complete removal-and-restart has been necessary maybe once — it’s a true last resort, for a set that genuinely can’t be built on safely. In nearly every case we keep the lashes that are healthy and correct only what isn’t. If we ever do think a fresh start is the right call, we’ll tell you before we begin — and if a removal is needed, it’s done by hand with our banana-peel method, never a harsh chemical remover.

How much does an outside fill cost, and how do I book?

The outside fill is $110 for about 90 minutes. To make your first visit smooth, text a photo of your current lashes to (727) 218-7045 before you book — it lets us see what you’re working with and set expectations. Come with clean, bare lashes, and if you’ve ever reacted to lash adhesive or have sensitive eyes, ask us about a patch test ahead of time — we offer it on request. From there, book the outside fill on Square with Elyssa or Larae, and we’ll take it from here.
