FOR NEW & EXPECTING MOMS

New-Mom Self-Care
That Fits Your Life

You pour into everyone. Let someone pour into you.

A prenatal massage while you’re expecting; a restorative head spa, soothing facial or full-body massage once the baby is here; or an organic spray tan brought right to your door — so being a new mom doesn’t mean going without.

THE SHORT ANSWER

What's good self-care for a new mom?

For a new mom, the best self-care is gentle, restorative, and easy to actually get to. While you’re expecting, a dedicated prenatal massage. After, a head spa gives an exhausted body an hour of true rest, a full-body massage works out what carrying and feeding have done to your neck and back, a soothing facial addresses postpartum skin changes, and an organic spray tan is a quick confidence lift we can even bring to you.

The Bronze Lily's head spa starts at $90, facials from $70, prenatal massage is $135 and full-body massage from $120 with our licensed massage therapists, and mobile spray tans are $100 per person (free within 10 miles). Open 7 AM–11 PM seven days a week, rated 4.9 from 378 reviews. For treatments during pregnancy, we'll always confirm what's appropriate and defer to your doctor.

THE HEAD SPA HOUR

Rest a new mom can feel

When sleep is in short supply, a head spa is the closest thing to a reset button — deep scalp cleansing, exfoliation, and a long, quiet massage of the scalp, neck, and shoulders. It asks nothing of you but to lie still and be cared for, which for a new mom is a rare and needed thing.

It also helps with the postpartum scalp and hair changes many moms experience. An hour here isn't indulgent; it's maintenance for a body that's been giving everything.

THE MASSAGE TABLE

Prenatal, postpartum, and real relief.

While you’re expecting. Prenatal Massage is its own 60-minute session ($135) with Niasja S., LMT — side-lying and fully supported, with pressure and positioning adjusted to your stage. Tell us how far along you are when you book. Monday through Wednesday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Once the baby is here. A full-body massage (60 min $120, 90 min $175, 120 min $230) with Lisa S. or Niasja S., LMT, for the neck, shoulders and lower back that carrying, feeding and not sleeping have been working on. Massage runs six days — Monday through Wednesday daytime, Thursday through Saturday into the evening — so there is a window that fits around a feeding schedule or a partner’s shift.

If you feel puffy. Lymphatic Drainage Massage ($145, 60 minutes) is a very different hour: light, rhythmic, directional strokes rather than pressure. It is the one to ask about when swelling is what’s bothering you. With Niasja, Monday through Wednesday. It is not a medical treatment, and we won’t describe it as one.

Massage is its own service in its own private suite, not part of the head spa — but the two can be booked back to back. If you’re pregnant or in the first weeks after delivery, check with your doctor first; we always defer to their guidance.

EASY, GENTLE, AND TO YOU

Facials, tans, and mobile

Postpartum skin shifts — a gentle, well-chosen facial (from $70) meets it kindly. Want a quick lift with zero effort? An organic, UV-free spray tan takes minutes and helps you feel like yourself in photos again. And because leaving isn't always an option, our mobile spray tan ($100, free within 10 miles) comes to you.

A Bronze Lily gift card is one of the most thoughtful things you can give a new mom — permission, and a plan, to be taken care of. Friends and family can even pool one as a group. If you're expecting, just tell us; we'll confirm what's appropriate and always defer to your doctor's guidance.

COMMON QUESTIONS

New-mom self-care — FAQ

What's the best treatment for an exhausted new mom?

A head spa (from $90) is the top pick — deep scalp cleansing and a long, restorative massage that asks nothing of you but to rest. It also supports postpartum scalp and hair changes. If it’s your back and shoulders that need the help, a full-body massage (from $120) with one of our licensed therapists is the other answer.

Can you come to me so I don't have to leave the baby?

Yes. Our mobile spray tan is $100 per person with free travel within 10 miles — a low-effort way to feel refreshed at home.

Are treatments safe during pregnancy?

Prenatal Massage is built for it — a dedicated 60-minute session ($135) with Niasja S., LMT, side-lying and supported, Monday through Wednesday. For everything else we’ll confirm what’s appropriate and defer to your doctor’s guidance. Just tell us you’re pregnant at booking and we’ll tailor accordingly.

What about massage after the baby arrives?

A full-body massage with Lisa S. or Niasja S., LMT — 60 minutes $120, 90 minutes $175, 120 minutes $230 — six days a week, Monday through Saturday. If swelling is the issue, Lymphatic Drainage Massage ($145, with Niasja, Monday to Wednesday) is the lighter, rhythmic alternative. Check with your doctor first in the early weeks; we always defer to their guidance.

Is this a good gift for a new mom?

One of the best. A Bronze Lily gift card gives a new mom both permission and a plan to be cared for — head spa, massage, facial, or spray tan, whenever she can.
