Licensed Massage Therapy · By Appointment
Full body
One session, shaped around the body on the table.
Not a menu of modalities you have to choose between before you have even taken your shoes off. Lisa S., LMT, works from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point, traditional Thai stretching on the table, craniosacral therapy and energy work — and blends them as the hour goes. 60 min $120 · 90 min $175 · 120 min $230. A private suite in a restored 1920s home in Historic Kenwood, with a private lot out front.
60-minute full body massage $120 · 90 minutes $175
The short answer
Massage for
The Bronze Lily now offers full-body massage with Lisa S., LMT — Florida license MA58236, licensed since 2010, fifteen years in practice. Three lengths, no packages: 60 minutes — $120. 90 minutes — $175. 120 minutes — $230. It is a standalone service in its own private suite, by appointment, at 2851 1st Avenue N in Historic Kenwood. Massage runs Tuesday afternoons and Thursday through Saturday into the evening. Online booking for massage is not live yet — call or text (727) 218-7045.
Sessions are solo for now — one therapist, one table — and duo massage is coming. If you want to be side by side with someone today, the duo head spa and the Root Room duo foot spa both seat two at once. We do not offer prenatal massage.

Inside the hour
What a session
You do not pick a modality at the door. Most menus make you choose deep tissue or Swedish or Thai before anyone has touched you. Lisa starts from what she finds and moves between them — deeper where it is needed, slower where it is not. Fifteen years of practice is what makes that possible.
No two sessions are the same, including your own. The body that arrives on a Saturday after a long week is not the body that arrived three weeks earlier, and the session follows the body rather than a script.
Warm stones and cups are tools here, not treatments. Lisa keeps a few within reach and will work them in when they help. That is a taste of them — not a full hot stone or full cupping session. Those are coming as their own services, and this page will say so when they are bookable.
What she draws on
The modalities,
These are not seven services. They are seven things one therapist knows how to do, used in whatever combination the hour calls for.
Deep tissue. Slower, heavier work into the layer under the surface. Firm is not the same as painful — you set the pressure and she adjusts to it.
Swedish. Long, flowing strokes. The classic full-body language of massage, and usually what the rest is built on top of.
Trigger point. Sustained, specific pressure held on one tight spot until it lets go, rather than working across it.
Myofascial release. Slow, broad pressure on the connective tissue that wraps muscle, held long enough for it to give.
Traditional Thai, on the table. Assisted stretching — Lisa holds and moves you through positions rather than you doing the work. She is certified in traditional Thai massage (90 hours) with additional table-Thai coursework, which means no floor mat and nothing to get down onto.
Craniosacral therapy. Very light contact at the head, spine and sacrum. Trained through the Upledger Institute. It feels like almost nothing is happening, which is exactly what it is supposed to feel like.
Energy work. Lisa is Reiki attuned, and this is there if you want it and absent if you do not. Say either way — neither answer needs a reason.
If it is your first time
Your first session:
What to wear, and what draping means. Undress to whatever you are comfortable with. Plenty of people undress fully, plenty keep underwear on, and both are completely normal. You are under a sheet the whole time — only the area being worked on is uncovered, and it is re-covered before she moves on.
You get the room to yourself. Lisa steps out while you get on the table, and knocks before coming back in.
You do not have to talk. Some people chat the whole way through and some say nothing after hello. Neither is the wrong one. The only thing worth speaking up about is pressure — more, less, or leave that alone entirely.
Arrive a few minutes early. There is a short intake so she knows what she is working with, and the clock on your session is your session.
Where it happens
A room of its own, not a curtain —
The studio is a restored 1920s home in Historic Kenwood with six private suites, and massage has its own. A door that closes, not a partition. No conversation from the next station coming through the wall.
There is a private eight-space lot out front, which in this part of St. Pete is its own small luxury — you are not circling the block before an appointment meant to unwind you.
Everything here is one-on-one and by appointment, which is why we hold the room for you rather than leaving a door open for walk-ins.
So you book the right one
Massage, head spa, back facial: the
Three of our services involve hands and a table, and they are not interchangeable. We would rather point you to the right one than let you book expecting something else.
Massage is full-body bodywork with a licensed massage therapist, in the massage suite. 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Head spa is a scalp-and-hair treatment that includes massage — the booked time covers the whole appointment, consultation and rough drying included. The Lily Back Facial is a clinical facial for the back, with extractions. Different rooms, different providers, different reasons to book.
Already coming in for something else? You can add a massage. You will finish in that suite and move to the massage room — it is a full service in its own suite, so it is the full massage price, not a discounted add-on.
Want two people served at the same time? Massage is solo for now. The duo head spa and the Root Room duo both seat two at once, and duo massage is coming.
Hours, booking and the fine print
The parts worth knowing
When she is here. Tuesday 1–5 PM, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday into the evening. Not available Sunday, Monday or Wednesday. A 60-minute starts as late as 4 PM Tuesday and 10 PM Thursday through Saturday. See late-night massage or a massage today.
Phone or text, for now. Online booking for massage is not live yet. Call or text (727) 218-7045 — a text is often faster, and it is also the only valid way to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations. Our artists make it our career to service you, it is not our hobby. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required. Cancellations under 24 hours are 50% of service cost; no-shows, arrivals 15+ minutes late, or cancellations under 4 hours are 100%. All bookings require a card on file — no deposits. Phone call or text to (727) 218-7045 are the only valid ways to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final.

Massage · Common Questions
Massage
Do you offer massage at The Bronze Lily?
Yes — this is new. Full-body massage opened here in September 2026 with Lisa S., a Florida-licensed massage therapist (license MA58236). It is a standalone service in its own private suite, not part of the head spa. Sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $120, $175 and $230.
How much is a massage at The Bronze Lily?
60 minutes is $120, 90 minutes is $175, and 120 minutes is $230. Sessions only — we do not sell massage packages.
Who is the massage therapist?
Lisa S., LMT, Florida license MA58236. She has been licensed in Florida since 2010, with fifteen years in practice. She trained in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, holds a 90-hour certification in traditional Thai massage, and is Reiki attuned.
What kind of massage is it?
One integrative session rather than a modality you pick in advance. Lisa works from deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, traditional Thai stretching on the table, craniosacral therapy and energy work, and blends them as the session goes, based on what your body needs that day.
What should I wear, and what does draping mean?
Undress to whatever you are comfortable with — many people undress fully, many keep underwear on, and both are completely normal. You are under a sheet the whole time. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and it is re-covered before Lisa moves on. She leaves the room while you get on the table and knocks before coming back in.
What days is massage available?
Tuesday afternoons, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday into the evening. A 60-minute session starts as late as 4 PM on Tuesday and 10 PM Thursday through Saturday. Massage is not available Sunday, Monday or Wednesday.
Do you offer couples or duo massage?
Not yet. Massage is solo only for now — one therapist, one table. Duo massage is coming. If you want to be side by side with someone today, our duo head spa and the Root Room duo foot spa both seat two people at the same time.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
No. We do not offer prenatal massage.
Can I add a massage to a head spa or a facial?
Yes. You finish in that suite and move to the massage suite — massage is a full service in its own room, so it is the full massage price rather than a discounted add-on. 60 minutes is $120, 90 is $175, 120 is $230.
Do you offer hot stone massage or cupping?
Not as their own treatments. Lisa keeps a few warm stones and cups within reach and may work them into a session when they help — that is a taste of them, not a full hot stone or full cupping treatment. Both are planned as their own services, and we will say so here when they are ready to book.
